    TECH CORPS Ohio helps to ensure that today’s students and tomorrow’s workers are equipped with the skills needed to be successful and productive members of the community. TECH CORPS Ohio also provides a way for corporations to get involved in their community’s schools. Companies often want to make a contribution to schools and TECH CORPS Ohio provides the management and coordination needed to make it easy for volunteers to participate in the program

    Our track record has been characterized by:
  • strong localized success supporting educational leaders;
  • a proven process of turning the time and talent of information technology volunteers into training, tech support and thousands of dollars of savings for K-12 schools; and
  • a groundswell of need expressed by schools to mobilize volunteers to bring this support into their districts.

  • The need for individual and private sector support of our schools’ new technologies has never been more critical. TECH CORPS Ohio’s challenge is to create the capacity to aggressively and systematically bring technology volunteers and programs into our schools in a sustainable fashion. Support of our effort will bring expert technology volunteers and high quality programs to all schools to significantly improve the use of technology in the classroom.
